The Bell Mag is an entry level open face helmet designed to offer fantastic comfort at a fantastc price. Meeting the latest FIA 8859-2015 standard, this helmet is great for competitors who need a basic intercom with maximum compatibility.
 
This helmet is pre-fitted with Zero Noise intercom electronics with a female nexus plug. This suits a wide range of amplifiers (Including other brands such as Stilo WRC 03, DES 9v, DG-10 etc). A word of caution though, the speakers are fitted behind the padding on this helmet, this introduces a barrier between the speaker and your ear making the intercom quieter. Certainly for drivers, we recommend other helmets which have noise-isolating earcups - these take out a lot of the background noise and means the intercom does not need to be as loud.
 
We recommend keeping with one brand when choosing a helmet & amplifier - therefore we would recommend the Zero Noise range with this helmet. However, it is not compatible with the Valiant intercom system which has a 6.35mm jack plug. (No adapters are available either)
 
Made from a lightweight fibreglass composite shell, finished in a Titanium Silver colour, it features an adjustable peak with tinted sun screen to help reduce glare in bright conditions. Making it ready for competition - Hans posts are pre-fitted to this helmet.
 
We find these helmets have a lovely plush lining which is great when customers cannot get a custom fitting in-store. They are a relatively relaxed fit, so please order based on the Size Guide (Rather than Small, Medium, Large, XL).
