We keep a full range of Lifeline Zero2020, Lifeline Zero275 and Zero360 systems in stock. As an approved service centre we keep these extinguisher unpressurised on the shelf, only dated when you require them to be pressurised.

The range includes 3 different extinguishants in electrical (Push button) or mechanical (Pull Cable) operation.

Zero2020

The Zero2020 extinguisher range from Lifeline was completely new for 2022. Featuring a new type of foam, these extinguishers deliver a fantastic performance from a smaller cylinder.

These kits meet the requirements for FIA Technical List 16 and are suitable for all forms of motorsport (Including Stage Rally).

The plumbed-in are more compact than most other extinguishers, using a new type of foam (ABF) to achieve a better performance than the previous 4 litre Zero2000 range. This saves at least 1.4kg of weight and the smaller cylinder means they will fit in more locations.

Using just 5 nozzles (3 in the engine bay / 2 in the cockpit) - these systems are easier to install than their predecessors (Which were the market leader).

Zero360

The Lifeline Zero360 range is a fantastic range which uses a specialist gas to extinguish the flames. This is a really efficient extinguishant which cools the fire to extinguish the flames. Please ask us if you want to see a video of this extinguisher in action.

Zero275

The Zero375 plumbed-in extinguisher is designed for Rally 2 level cars. Using 2 unique powders, these extinguishers take fire fighting to an all new level!

Since its launch, this extinguisher has been the lightest and fastest 8865-2015 system on the market.The full system, including all ancilleries weighs under 3.5kg. The cylinder at 2.6kg is also one of the smallest, just 125mm in diameter.

We cannot service the Lifeline Zero275 in-house, but we have an exchange bottle and fitting kit. When an order is placed, you will normally receive the exchange bottle and fitting kit, we then order you a brand new bottle so you have the latest date available.

Operation

The Zero2020 and Zero360 systems are available in Mechanical or Electrical operation, the 275 is an electrical operation only.

The advantage with Mechanical is cost - they have 2 pull cables (one external to the car, one internal for the crew) which activate the extinguisher when pulled. 

The advantage with Electrical is speed of operation (They discharge faster), easier maintenance (No pull cables to rust) and ease of deployment. However, they can be discharged much more easily than the Mechanical ones. 

Whatever you choose, if you install it correctly, be confident you have made a good investment to try to save yourself and your car in the event of a fire.
