The OMP First Balaclava is our entry level balaclava designed to meet the latest FIA 8856-2018 standard. Manufactured from 2 layers of Flame Retardant Nomex material - this is a perfect starter balaclava.

Being an entry level balaclava, these are a slightly thicker material than the others we stock - this can be beneficial if you are between helmet sizes. We find this adds around 1/2 a size to a normal helmet fit.
